Our full-time, part time, and on call technical leads and associates provide the services and stand behind all quality, service integrity and partner satisfaction outcomes. Our partnership approach means that we work with our partner organisations to clarify the needs, co-create bespoke solutions and implement those solutions in a participatory and engaging manner.

Yes. CITS supports CSOs and other nonprofits of all size working across all policy areas, particularly those working to improve social and economic wellbeing of vulnerable communities and those working to conserve environment.

As a non-profit organization ourselves, our priorities are to increase the efficiency, sustainability and impact of nonprofits organisations, and cover our costs in the process. As such, you will find our support services are priced below our competitors in all areas. This does not mean however, that we do not offer superior quality, results, and satisfactory outcomes in all we do.
