The following report presents a situation analysis of the condition of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees living in Bundibugyo district, and describes the response of the numerous actors involved.The district, which is located in western Uganda and borders the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), suffered a brutal rebel incursion during the second half of the 1990s that resulted in almost total displacement within the district.
