We support funding partners and grantees to conduct pre-grant assessments of their prospective partners administrative and programmatic readiness to implement interventions. Administratively, we conduct due diligence to verify administrative system readiness including existence and adequacy of policies and other institutional resources. Programmatically, we verify the clarity of intervention theory of change, objectives, logical flow, and realism of proposed initiatives/activities in context.

Overall, our experts assess prospective partners’ requisite capacity to implement, monitor, evaluate and achieve set objectives and provide the funding partners and grantees with relevant recommendations.
