OUR APPROACH
RESEARCH
We promote the use of evidence based programming and programme management by using applicable research skills to draw evidence to inform decisions and reform action. Our teams utilize quantitative, qualitative and mixed research methodologies to generate contextually relevant evidence to support our partners make effective decisions and take contextually relevant actions.
TRAINING
Based on the needs of our partners, we organize targeted and specialized trainings for partner representatives to impart transferable skills and competences using empowering and participatory methodologies and well thought out curricula. Our trainings cover all our core areas of expertise
CONVENINGS
Through the annual and mini academies, we promote peer experiential learning, we organize and facilitate convenings that bring together partners in similar leaning cohorts to share and learn with and from each other’s experiences of success programming and failure. Most of our support initiatives will include a combination of delivery methodologies
Who we support
We work three categories of partners:
First, we support programme and project implementers at organizational, project team and individual level to strengthen programme and projects.
Second, we work with funders and intermediary funders to support mainstream systems and institutions and monitoring the compliance with programme and administrative agreement conditions.
Third, we partner with sector regulator to help strengthen and grow the sector

We are an organization with strong roots in programme management, workforce development and in education and training. Providing services such as programme or project design support, measurement and evidence building, learning and scaling, and organizational development, helps us realize our goal of being a continuous learning organisation while building strong institutional knowledge around best nonprofit management practices. Enabling other nonprofit organizations increase their efficiency, sustainability and impact is just another way we can have positive impact in the larger nonprofit community.
